Rob Kardashian Detained by Police

In what seemed like anoter blow to the Kardashian Family, the little brother, Robert Kardashian was handcuffed and questioned by the police. According to TMZ's story, Rob wanted to scare a photog by running towards him. He was scared alright because he called the cops. Cops cuffed Rob and put him at the back of the police car.
